As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Ladbrokes Park (Sandown) and Mornington Racecourses, we own 15 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG), an emerging collection of owned events such as The Peninsula Picnic and Whiskey, Wine and Fire and finally the MRC Foundation, our charitable arm.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-time (3 days a week) Return to Work (RTW) Advisor looking to support injured employees, their managers and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and timely return to work program business wide. The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal communication skills, strong problem solving, and ability to interpret and apply workers compensation legislation effectively.
