Project Manager (Delivery Lead)

As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Ladbrokes Park (Sandown), and Mornington Racecourses, we own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG), an emerging collection of owned events such as The Peninsula Picnic and the MRC Foundation, our charitable arm. We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Project Manager (Delivery Lead) to join the team at the Melbourne Racing Club based at the Caulfield racecourse. This position will be responsible for overseeing and supporting companywide projects to ensure they are aligned with the overall strategy and delivered in line with the PMO framework. The first major project for this role to deliver will be the implementation of an ERP. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with proven ability to work independently, and on multiple concurrent projects in a complex environment.What will you be responsible for? Leading the program and project planning process to ensure alignment to the MRC’s strategic objectives and budgets.Project execution and governance, tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines and holding stakeholders accountable.Project manage large complex projects, ensuring that they are delivered with the agreed time, scope and budget.Work with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.Regularly produce a project dashboard to highlight the stages of each project.Continuously seek out and where appropriate implement improvements to project management delivery.What skills and experience excite us?
