Looking to start your career in the kitchen behind the scenes? No better place to start! We are looking for energetic and motivated casual Kitchen hands to join the growing Food & Beverage team at MRC.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable industry experience as well as being an integral part of our suite of reputable events, including our upcoming Zipping Classic Day at Caulfield Racecourse on 27th November, plus a large range of non-race-day events throughout the year!
Duties & responsibilities:
- Clean all kitchen equipment
- Rubbish disposal
- Wash dishes, pots, and utensils
- Maintain kitchen equipment
- Supply receipt and stock decant
- Basic food handling / ingredient preparation
- Understanding of current Food safety legislation (HACCP)
- Excellent communication skills
This is a physical role that requires manual handling.
