Based at Caulfield Racecourse, this role will be responsible for the planning and implementation of MRC’s overall health and safety (H&S) strategies and initiatives.The successful candidate will be known as a proactive self-starter who enjoys solving problems on the fly, as well as having a forward-thinking approach. As part of the Risk & Compliance team, you will leverage your technical skills, experience, and knowledge along with your relationship management capability to deliver a range of H&S initiatives and maintain and oversee MRC’s H&S operational activities.The role will involve working event days across weekends and public holidays as required, as well as travel to Mornington, Sandown and PLG venues across metropolitan & regional Melbourne.What will my responsibilities include?
