Facilities Manager

The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is one of Australia's most prestigious Sports, Events, and Property Development companies. As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Ladbrokes Park (Sandown), and Mornington Racecourses, we own 13 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG), an emerging collection of owned events such as The Peninsula Picnic and Whiskey, Wine and Fire and finally the MRC Foundation, our charitable arm.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Facilities Manager to join the Operations Department at MRC. The role will be responsible for ensuring the MRC has a robust and proactive facilities management framework to support the needs of the business. This role will be vital to ensure our facilities are well maintained and presented to host our raceday and non-raceday events.The key deliverable for this role will be assisting in the implementation and ongoing management of facility/asset management platforms to manage scheduled and reactive maintenance requests, and develop a robust lifecycle management framework for all plant and equipment.The successful candidate will be based at Caulfield racecourse but willing to travel between our three racecourses Caulfield, Ladbrokes Park, and Mornington.
