As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Ladbrokes Park (Sandown), and Mornington Racecourses, we own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG), an emerging collection of owned events such as The Peninsula Picnic and the MRC Foundation, our charitable arm.Reporting to the Executive Director – People & Culture, the Business Partner – People & Culture acts as an effective conduit between senior business leaders and the P&C team. This role will utilise the P&C Action Planning process for their client group to drive strategic people performance across the business and provide data on capability gaps and performance back to the wider P&C team. Qualifications/Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience in as a P&C Business Partner
  • Tertiary qualifications in P&C or related field
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Demonstrated highly developed stakeholder management capabilities
  • High self-awareness and capacity to build trust and gain the confidence of others
  • Ability to think strategically, analyse problems and issues, respond creatively and translate/implement strategy into results
  • Ability to positively influence, negotiate and resolve conflict
