Business Analyst

The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is one of Australia's most prestigious Sports, Events and Property Development companies. As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Ladbrokes Park (Sandown) and Mornington Racecourses, we own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG), an emerging collection of owned events such as The Peninsula Picnic and the MRC Foundation, our charitable arm.We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Strategic Planning & Projects team and contribute to the development of business analysis processes, tools, and templates. Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager/PMO Lead, the Business Analyst will be responsible for providing practice leadership by coaching and mentoring principles of business analysis to build process maturity across the Club.
