Asset Systems Administrator

We have an opportunity for a full-time Asset Systems Administrator to join the Operations Team. This role oversees and supports the organisation’s asset and building management systems.The successful candidate will ensure precise tracking, upkeep, and reporting of all assets, facilitating effective lifecycle management and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG).What will your responsibilities be?Maintain a centralised, up-to-date database of all facilities-related assets.Produce monthly financial reports on the commissioning and decommissioning of assets.Utilise asset data to assist with budget planning.Handle onboarding and user setups for contractors.Support the procurement process by maintaining a database of contractors, tracking purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.Use historical data to forecast future asset needs, aiding the facilities team in planning and budgeting more effectively.Creating and maintaining documentation on asset management processes and providing ongoing training to staff on using these systems effectively.Skills & ExperienceDiploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in asset system administration.Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to cope with conflicting work priorities.A thorough understanding of maintenance work management practices.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in an environment with significant complexity.Highly developed relationship management skills, including the demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.Current Australian Driver’s LicenceWhat’s in it for you? Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in an environment with significant complexity.
  • Highly developed relationship management skills, including the demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
