Graphic Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department on a full-time permanent basis, located at Caulfield Racecourse. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engage members, and deliver commercial goals.Working closely with the Design and Marketing teams, you’ll create on-brand digital and print materials, from membership initiatives to event collateral, ensuring all creative output is clear, compelling, and aligned with our strategic objectives.The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is proud to be recognised as a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Winner of The Australian Business Awards for Employer of Choice. Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Creative Industries, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design (in-house or agency)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft suite
  • Interest in branding and visual identity is desirable
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail specifically with layout and typography
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
  • Experience with After Effects and a knowledge of the racing industry advantageous
