Accreditation Officer We have a fantastic opportunity for a Accreditation Officer to join our Operations Department on a full time, fixed term basis, located at Caulfield Racecourse. The Accreditation Officer is responsible for planning and implementing the end-to-end Accreditation function requirements for the Caulfield Cup Carnival and MRC race days. As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 15 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG). What will your responsibilities be?Establishing foundation principles/policies, business operations and schedule for delivery.Liaising with all MRC departments (and third parties as required) to identify personnel, process applications, print and distribute accreditation passes.Working closely with MRC departments as required, to deal with unique situations/requirements as part of the accreditation process.Maintain all administration systems and processes for the Accreditation Office.Working closely with the Security function to enforce a robust access control environment for the event.Being present in the Accreditation Office during its hours of operation leading up to the event, acting as an information service and fulfil conflict resolution duties.Reporting on progress and post-event as required. Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience of 2+ years in a similar roleKnowledge of current security standards in relation to public events Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Experience in managing relationships with clients, suppliers & partners.Proven experience with planning and co-ordinating workload/tasks in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Administrative accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to manage, engage and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.Effective time management and prioritisation skills. What’s in it for you? Brand new state-of-the-art administration building with standing desks and breakout spaces.Access to our year-round well-being initiatives including our Employee Assistance Program for staff and family. Ongoing learning & development opportunities. Free onsite parking.
